The agency problem
Channel Radar automates the data collection so your team can spend time on the analysis and recommendations that clients actually pay for.
How it works
Set up once. Keep it running. Focus on the work that matters.
01
Add your YouTube Data API v3 key from Google Cloud Console. Pro and Agency plans unlock higher sync and channel limits.
02
Upload a CSV with channel URLs or IDs. Channel Radar adds them all to your workspace immediately.
03
Pull video data, view counts, and channel metrics. Schedule syncs so data stays current for your reporting cycle.
04
Use growth benchmarks, video rankings, and competitor comparisons to build data-backed reports and content recommendations for clients.
Features
Built for scale — from 10 channels to hundreds.
Import hundreds of channels at once from a spreadsheet. Onboard large competitive sets or multiple client channel lists without manual entry.
Add client channels alongside competitor channels in the same workspace. Keep all research structured and accessible.
Rank competitor videos by views, engagement, and upload recency. Give clients concrete data instead of gut-feel reports.
Compare channel growth trajectories across any time window. Identify which channels are accelerating and which are plateauing.
Set a sync interval and let Channel Radar keep all your tracked channels current. Useful for agencies running weekly or monthly reporting cycles.
Surface topics and formats that competitors are covering and your clients are not. Back content recommendations with data.

FAQ
Is Channel Radar designed for agencies?
The Agency plan is built for teams managing large numbers of channels. It includes higher channel and video limits, bulk CSV import, and scheduled auto-sync — the features agencies need most.
Can I manage multiple client workspaces separately?
Currently Channel Radar uses a single workspace per account. Agencies typically add all client and competitor channels into one workspace and organise by tracking them together. Multi-workspace support is on the roadmap.
How does bulk CSV import work?
Prepare a CSV with YouTube channel URLs or channel IDs. Upload it in the channels section and Channel Radar will add all listed channels to your workspace. There is no limit on CSV row count — channel limits apply based on your plan.
How often can I sync channel data?
Manual syncs can be triggered at any time. The Agency plan supports automatic scheduled syncing at configurable intervals — useful for agencies running weekly reports.
Do I need separate API keys for each client?
No. One YouTube API key per Channel Radar account is sufficient. Agencies typically use a shared key for all client research. Your key is stored encrypted and is never exposed to clients.
What YouTube data is available for reporting?
Channel Radar tracks channel-level metrics (subscriber count, total views, upload cadence) and video-level metrics (title, publish date, view count, engagement data available via the YouTube Data API). Historical snapshots are stored each sync.
Import your client and competitor channels, set up auto-sync, and let Channel Radar handle the data collection.
